Iron Horse Completes Expansion with State-of-the-Art Railcar Paint and Lining Facility, Expanding Service Capabilities and Throughput

Beaumont, Texas – September 15, 2025 – Iron Horse today announced the completion of a major expansion at its Beaumont, Texas, facility. The addition of a new, state-of-the-art railcar paint and lining facility adds another 50,000 square feet of shop space under-roof and significantly increases the company's throughput and service capabilities for railcar maintenance.

The new facility is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment for interior and exterior blasting and painting, ensuring superior surface preparation and application of a broad range of high-performance coatings and linings. Iron Horse has enhanced its ability to create a climate-controlled environment, allowing for optimal paint adhesion and curing, providing a durable finish that protects against corrosion and extends the service life of railcars.
