Site Selection & Rail Access — Iron Horse evaluates potential sites based on Class I mainline access, commodity flow economics, and customer throughput requirements. We have direct experience working with Union Pacific and BNSF on site access, track construction, and long-term rail service agreements.
 

Terminal Design & Engineering — We design terminals around the specific commodity and volume requirements of the project — tankage, rail loop configurations, transload rack layout, truck access, and pipeline connectivity as needed.

Construction — Iron Horse manages construction from permitting through commissioning — including civil earthwork, track installation, tankage, loading and unloading infrastructure, and utilities. We operate in both greenfield and brownfield environments.

Operations — Iron Horse operates the terminals we build. We provide staffing, maintenance, regulatory compliance, and day-to-day logistics management as the long-term terminal operator.
